Terms & Conditions

• The renter must present a valid passport or Emirates ID and a valid UAE or international driving license.
• Only the registered driver may drive; any extra driver must be declared and insured for an added fee.
• The renter pays full repair cost for any accident, whether at fault or not.
• In total Car loss or Big damage, the renter pays 30% of the vehicle’s market value.
• All traffic fines, SALIK, and VAT are the renter’s responsibility.
• Vehicle use is limited to legal driving within the UAE; racing or off-road use is forbidden.
• Late return will be charged as an additional rental day.
• If the car is confiscated by authorities, the renter bears full financial liability.
• The car must be returned in the same condition; new damage or missing items are chargeable.
• Daily limit: 250 km (economy) / 200 km (luxury); AED 1 per extra km.
• Fuel level must match delivery; shortage is billed with service fee.
• Deposit is refunded within 21 working days after deductions.
• Any breakdown must be reported; self-repair or towing is prohibited.
• Insurance covers declared drivers only; negligence or intoxication voids it.
• Company may repossess the car for late payment or contract breach.
• Company is not responsible for belongings left in the vehicle.
